About Me
I grew up calling both Georgia and Washington home—being raised in the former but having strong family ties in the latter. Before moving back to Washington to plant roots, I co-founded an international non-profit that focused on clean water initiatives. It was in sitting down with others, both stateside and in the communities we worked I really saw the power and healing nature of engaging someone’s story and being present with them in their pain and hope. In pursuing both a calling and a passion, I went on to get my Master’s in Counseling Psychology at the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology, and have since become a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LH61351539).
After obtaining my degree, I co-founded a SaaS company called The Walnut List, where I was able to blend my passion for both counseling and entrepreneurship. Through this experience, I wanted to introduce a space in my practice for other entrepreneurs and business-minded people to explore and work on their own goals through a more tailored coaching focus.
